I'd like to open a discussion about data caps & fair usage policies imposed by mobile & internet service providers. With the increasing demand for data-intensive activities like streaming; gaming; and video conferencing; many users are facing limitations that can affect their online experience. 

Are data caps becoming more common? I've noticed that several providers are implementing stricter data caps. Is this trend growing in your area; or are there providers that still offer unlimited plans? 

Additionally; how have these caps impacted your internet/mobile usage? Have you experienced throttling /slowed speeds after reaching your data limit? 

I'm also curious about fair usage policies. Do you think these policies are justified; or are they simply a way for providers to limit their costs at the expense of consumers?
