Edito: estoy saturada y no lo he leído precisamente con calma, pero claro no me ha parecido. Mientras tanto, prefiero quedarme fuera, porque me da mala espina.

Te lo pone en el mismo sec:

Calculations are based upon approximately 21.9 million shares of Common Stock of the Issuer outstanding as of November 3, 2017, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 8-K dated November 3, 2017.

Y si te vas a ese 8k te dice lo mismo pero más claro:

As of November 3, 2017, after giving effect to the closing of the Merger and the reverse stock split described above, there were approximately 21.9 million shares of Company Common Stock outstanding.

Y si no te fías, comprueba el CUSIP number si es el mismo que en algún sec viejuno (en este 58549G 100 ), ese nunca miente ;-)
