Summary

AbbVie is bidding ~$188 (looks a little lower, given the AbbVie drop) per share for Allergan.

$120 per share comes in cash, and the deal should close early 2020.

I've liked Allergan even pre-deal, but market skepticism seems overdone.

Both acquirer and target trade at fairly modest free cash flow multiples as pharma is currently out of favor
