Preocupación "Página de los accionistas de WAMU solicita aporte a los accionistas para contratar abogados"

Inscribí las acciones que compre de WAMPQ Y WAMU en la pagina que tu nos referiste de WAMU EQUITY y desde ese momento nos llega información sobre las diferentes acciones que se estan tomando en el caso WAMU.
Sin embargo el día de ayer me llegó un mail en el que solicitaban plata a los accionistas para contratar abogados que representen a los accionistas en la corte de bancarrota de DELAWARE.
Este mail me genera ciertas dudas acerca de lo siguiente:
1) las demandas planteadas por Wamu son por parte de los accionistas o de quien.
2) En el caso de que se ganen las demandas como se benefician los accionistas actuales:
a) Solo por el incremento potencial que podría tener la acción en el mercado
b) O también una parte del dinero que se podría recaudar de las demandas se pagaría a los accionistas preferentes y comunes y cuales podrían ser los valores estimados de cada tipo de acción.
Endendí que estabamos representados por los mejores abogados del mundo; pero el mail en mención me confunde.
