Personalmente, el precio en caso de aprobacion FDA me parece bastante bajo, lo subiria 2$.

With ONXX getting early approval for a drug that had a scheduled PDUFA date for July 27, 2012, one day after AMRN, it certainly looks like the FDA is at/ahead of schedule. This is great news for AMRN. Three months ago, there were delay rumors based on an overload of summer PDUFA dates for the FDA to meet. This apparently isn't the case now. It also puts early approval into context. Regardless of early approval or on schedule, the jump will be relatively the same. With that said, let us explore several events that will occur within the next 4 trading days.

1. Options Expire Today, July 20, 2012. MM/Wall Street will not allow this to go much higher than $15 today. There are a lot of funds and investors that need to cover their puts prior to close today because they know that next week this stock will be 20-30% higher after PDUFA. Be patient and if you are going to make a play today, buy, do not sell.

2. Early Approval. There is a slim possibility that early approval could occur prior to Thursday, July 26, 2012. If that were to occur it wouldn't necessarily create a larger spike based on approval, however, it would keep any bear raids from sneaking up on AMRN a few days before PDUFA date. Regardless, remove all stop losses because that is a maneuver created to shake out weak retail investors and gain shares for absolutely nothing. Bear raids are created not because the stock is weak or in trouble but MMs want shares for cheap prior to the run up as seen with ARNA and VVUS.

3. Approval on July 26, 2012. FDA will contact AMRN headquarters and then AMRN will contact SEC requesting stock halt. Most happen around noon period, look at ARNA and ONXX today. Stock will be halted for a period of around an hour and the SEC will list the time the stock will be unsalted. With approval, you will see a jump between $18-$19. The majority of shareholders are institutions. There will be profit taking but there will also be buying for the next two events.

4. NCE Status. With a positive NCE status and giving AMRN 5 years protection, you will probably see this stock hit $20-22 on the news. This is very important however, patents (#5) also give protection.

5. Final Patent Approval: With approval, you will see a jump probably close to the $24 price. However, this is what will spark buyout chatter because the Trifecta will be in place. Approval, NCE and Patents. Then the Pfizer rumors may come to light.

6. Buyout. AMRN will not go this alone. They are a small biotech and from the beginning they had been entertaining offers. They have no means of manufacturing or distributing so a partnership that turns into a buyout is most likely. Within 6-8 months you will see a buyout of AMRN for anywhere between $25 to $29.

Uf menudo día, entre el Ibex por la mañana y las farmas por la tarde casi me da una taquicardia.
Al final hoy he vendido ACHN en verdecito por no hacerlo en resistencia, pero me ha servido para dejar mi minicartera de farmas tal como me he propuesto: cogerlas bien abajo, casi como pennystocks, y dejarlas, queda así:

PPHM a 0,98
CYTK a 0,72 (atención a esta que está despertando y el italiano la tiene en watchlist)
ZLCS a 1,15 por impaciente
A la espera de NABI a 1,20

A ver como sale el pennyexperimento...

si es que el tema de los metesacas gusta mucho por estos barrios...

Una pena no pillarlo, ya que al ser el precio "tan bajo", se nota mucho más, puesto que se suelen cargas más acciones

los precios lógicos(x hay cada uno que tela)sobre todo el de Byout si que habría que subirlo un poco. FEcha que da él/ella como posible 6-8 months you will see a buyout of AMRN for anywhere between $25 to $29. Aqui podríamos "jugar" seguro para pillarla

Yo cuando pueda reviso un poco el precio que puse de compra, pero mi intención es pillarla entre 13/14 o por ahi si se pudiera

Sobre el precio posible del ataque, ahora que tengo tiempo para explicarme que hoy he ido muuuy liado

Más o menos, de 29.9 a 20.9 cuando el ataque, es un -30% aprox(8.97$ precio total)

DE ahí mis cuentas del precio el otro día, no sé si me equivoco en algo,si es adsí tell me!!

por eso, marque precios más conservadores, por no apurar. El tema es que la semana que viene, con el vencimiento de opciones, suba a partir del lunes y ya esa bajada con el precio de la acción más alto, xejm en 18, se quede tras el ataque más o menos como ha ido esta semana
