Pues tienes razon.el caso si se hubiera respetado la ley tenia visos de triunfar,y claro entre estar pillado y engañado y autoengañado no tomas decisiones racionales y piensas hasta las ptadas en los huevos pueden ser buenas y minusvaloras los hechos para confiar en las corazonadas o la ilusion,como ahora habra quien pensara que la juez no lo firmara.

si el lunes cuando comienza la sesion esta arriba de 0.08 - 0.07.... VENDE TODO!!!!!!!
y esta 0.03 - 0.04, es una decision esperar un rebote, quizas salga bien
si esta en el medio, no se que decirte

Pues no se si el mejor consejo para alguien que ha comprado a 0.60
Las acciones de Citadel estaban a 0.12 si no recuerdo mal el dia que el juez daba el veredicto, despues de aprobar el POR bajaron a 0.05 y a los 2 dias a 0.02
Asi que la gran bajada no creo que se produzca hasta que la juez apruebe el POR.
Esto no quita para que el lunes bajen a 0.05 - 0.08, ya se verá.

Es tremendo lo que acaba de pasar! de todos modos lo peor paso en las ultimas semanas, bajamos de U$S 0,70 a U$S 0,12, ahora de U$S 0,12 a CERO !!! :(

What has every legal person that has read the DS & POR stated ... Even if the FDIC signs it won't pass unless the DS provides all of the assets and valuations.

Hasn't the Judge left the door open for EC/Susman to get the information from WMI ... no matter what it takes??

Didn't she approve the EC going to WA to request the shareholder's meeting?? Has Rosen said "screw you, we're bringing it back" and will be strongly testing the Judge's patience on that??

The main thing everyone is concerned over is the investors perception and what it does to the PPS. It's hard but it will only be TWO trading days next week before exclusivity ends!!

The Judge can't sign it by 5/26 because she has allowed all of the other legal teams to object ... and with GOOD CAUSE ... and this won't be heard until 6/3!!

Can they also present competing PORs at that time?? Don't know because Rosen is keeping all the asset information locked down so they aren't able to use it!! But that reason alone should be cause for the Judge to reject his POR.
