Astocks now has the audio available. I was VERY nervous, you can hear THJMW say, wrapping up the Omnibus, something like "well, that's it?" -- and I stood and said respectfully "May I be Heard?"...
After being called forward, you can HEAR the squeak of the gate as I walk from the gallery to the podium, Rosen directly to my right.
After I stated who I was, I made the request to have the materials used during "Mr. Calamari's presentation" put on the docket -- I motioned towards Rosen and Calamari -- and she clarified first with me what did I mean, eg the presentation materials (she pointed at the poster boards still in front of her {to the side} )
I said yes, those. That I and other shareholders would like to see that public info.
She then turned to Calamari and Rosen and asked if there were any objections to making it a "Debtors Exhibit #1" on the docket.
There was a pregnant silence, Calimari and Rosen looked at each other, and then Rosen said "No, your Honor" or something like that.
Rosen's look at me was priceless. He was truly incredulous that I was standing there asking for it. Just shocked I guess.
It took an eternity in my little world. Probably less than 2 minutes in reality. And that was it, court adjourned.
So, I hope to see it in the docket soon. It's about 3-pages of bullet-points of what Calamari was droning on and on about at the beginning of the hearing.
