The Boards of Directors of both companies have approved the combination.

Based on the closing price of Bristol-Myers Squibb stock of $52.43 on January 2, 2019, the cash and stock consideration to be received by Celgene shareholders at closing is valued at $102.43 per Celgene share and one CVR (as described below). When completed, Bristol-Myers Squibb shareholders are expected to own approximately 69 percent of the company, and Celgene shareholders are expected to own approximately 31 percent.

WTF! Jamás habría dicho que mi primer buy out sería una bicha de este tamaño.

Ana, ¿qué razonamiento has seguido para vender tan rápido? Teniendo en cuenta los detalles de la operación que voy leyendo, CELG debería cotizar al menos al precio de BMY + $50, es decir, entorno a $102 si tomamos como referencia el cierre de ayer o $95 según por dónde se está moviendo en PM. Y digo "al menos" porque también hay esto...

Y hablan de cierre en Q3, así que hay tiempo para ver como se mueve (mucho no puede bajar pues su cotización va a quedar linkada a la de BMY).
