This could supercede the TPS action coming shortly and when you start to calculate what could be in regards to future dollars, we are talking very serious money for our new partners. Company will go back to being a bank and have incredible leverage on assets for loans and huge NOL carry forwards for years to come. Looks like the WaMu is lookin rosier every day as the bondholders, WMI, A&M, JPM and the FDIC are looking at...PROBLEMS.

It's definitely a very welcomed surprise, although we actually should have expected it. It's not a surprise that the note holders would not be satisfied with the 5% ownership restriction in the post bk (new) WaMu. We are talking about some of the greediest institutions on earth and there is no way they would settle for that.

I think back to THJMW asking Rosen "why" as in why was he in such a hurry a few months back. I'm now thinking he was afraid that some 18 month creditor was going to want a bigger piece of the pie and ruin his little charade. Looks like that's what is happening now.

No se vosotros pero yo creo que queda mucha tela que cortar. Han conseguido lo que querían (que desapareciera la masa) pero los asuntos sin resolver empiezan a acumularse.

¿Realmente aprobaríais un POR con todo lo que aun está por debatirse?
En el momento que empiecen a aparecer los Billones ocultos este caso debe girar de la noche a la mañana.

porque tsunamis ya vinieron, pero eran de rosen
