Suerte!

El resto a mediación...
The intentions of the WMILT are very clear... gentlemen mediate get your 4% and let us finish this chapter... if you push us you will get nothing.
Since we started this has been a game of smoke and mirrors till the very end. Only the few who remain will know why they have been fighting tooth and nail for 4.5 years.
WMILT is doing a great job at clearing claims! there are 3 counsels more to convince who represent the bulk of claims left. Lets do it and we can clear this phase.
The lights will be turned on IMHO between June & August by the calculations based on these events.

The mediator has to turn in his findings to the court by 5/31/2013 for a court decision early in June ........ but, more so, the claimant HAS to attend the mediation in person .. no substitutions .... and if legally represented, with their attorney in too.

It was announced that another 7 employees are on board to settle, I think making that 56 out of 90 claims in agreement;
The rest were discussion about mediation with the employees remaining, on how it would proceed, who would pay, etc...
The judge decided that the Trust should pay the costs, leave open the locations and possible attendance of the employee claimants by phone, if mediator agrees. They do not have a mediator yet, the Judge already looked at some people (other judges, to serve as mediators) that apparently were not available.
all creditors are getting paid, from PIERS and up... I guess equity may get something after creditors are paid..hope it doesn't take too long

When I posted that Hartford Insurance also owns ~ 1M shares, some of you were skeptical and said something like, "Morningstar has been wrong before so not sure this is accurate." For those of you thinking that (again), here's the American Fund portfolio link. Open link, scroll down list of companies, and you will see WMIH listed.. No, it's not Waste Management. That has a separate line item. Go read for yourself.

Interesting how Appaloosa, Grey Wolf, Hartford Insurance, and American Funds own millions of shares of WMIH..
