Quisiera comentar que ayer me dirigí por email al Customer Service Team del banco para que me aclarasen una duda y me acaban de contestar, por si a alguien le es útil. Mi consulta fue (utilizando el traductor de google porque mi inglés es nulo):

I am Spanish and I would like to know if savings accounts or deposits contracted by internet have some sort of annual fee .

PS: On page 19 of General Terms and Conditions - Retail Clients in the section " annex 4: terms and conditions For Personal Internet Banking" says:

ACCOUNT SERVICES
Cheque payable to 3rd party issued € 5 per check
Deposited checks returned to us unpaid € 10 per check
Pledge to other bank confirmation issued € 25 per confirmation
Reference letter € 20 per letter
Hold Mail € 150 per annum
Clearing of checks drawn on foreign banks 0.5 % of amount drawn (maximum € 25)
Safe deposit box € 100 per annum
Estate administration fee From € 50 to € 200 Depending on Investigations Undertaken
Issue of Guarantees / letters of comfort guaranteed amount of 0.5 % per annum (minimum € 50)
Overdraft charge € 15 plus 2 % over interest rate applicable on account

In response to your enquiry there are no charges annually that we apply for ebanking service or account opening. The fees that you attached to the email you have sent us are fees that involves other services which are chargable.
These do not include ebanking as a service or account opening.
