Pues me acaban de responder los de Medirect y resulta que me han bloqueado la cuenta porque, según ellos, me han enviado un formulario que no les devolví cubierto. Pero yo no he recibido nada de nada.
Esto es lo que me han respondido:

Me parece muy poco serio que me congelen una cuenta así sin avisar, esto es propio de un chiringuito.
Por favor, ¿podéis aconsejarme la mejor manera de proceder para que me desbloqueen la cuenta lo más rápido posible?
