| | We're making some changes to our terms of service, fee schedule and privacy policy.
First up, debit-fronted credit
What’s that? Debit-fronted credit is a really handy service that lets you pay with your credit card when only debit cards are accepted, or when doing so has a fee attached. For the most part, you can use this service free of charge.
I feel a “but” coming on…
You're right – there’s a but. For our Curve Blue and Curve Black customers, government-based payments made with a credit card e.g. HMRC, will now carry a 1.5% fee. Don’t worry if you accidentally pay with a credit card – you can use our Go Back in Time feature to switch the payment to a debit card without incurring the fee. The fees will apply from the 24th of January, 2020. You can read the full details around this here.
Changes to privacy?
Yes, we’re updating our privacy policy to explain how we share data with other companies. This is so that we can create more amazing features, and tell you all about them. This will come into effect in 15 days, on December 10, 2019. If you want to opt out, get in touch at [email protected].
Something big is coming…
We have an exciting new feature coming very very soon, so keep an eye out!
