Jeremy B. Hayden, Cytori Therapeutics Inc's General Counsel & VP of BD, just received 200,000 options from the company. The strike price of the options received was $0.00, and these expire on July 16, 2025. Hayden now owns at least 200,000 options on the company.
Some additional info was provided as follows:

The reporting person received an incentive stock option granted under the Corporation's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. The exercise price per share to be paid by the reporting person at the time the option is exercised shall be the closing sale price of the Corporation's Common Stock on the NASDAQ Stock Market as of the date of the grant. The closing sale price is $0.4398. Twenty percent (25%) of the option shares shall vest on July 16, 2016 with the remainin g option shares vesting in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter.
