Current government can't do anything as PM Morawiecki (also he was adviser in Tusk government ie today opposition, remember those CEOs are really hedging everything related to own wealth) is former CEO of Santander (big CHF lender) and if he will do anything against banks, any "punishment", he will also bear responsibility as a former CEO
Soon shareholders will ask why CEOs (incl Morawiecki) put banks at risk by starting CHF mortgages w/o assessing legal risk and later rejecting 2015 opportunity to solve this problem cheaply. Local management of banks like Santander or Commerzbank (mBank main shareholder) are really under pressure to protect own heads."
