Re: Washington Mutual shareholders OBJECTION to the Debtors proposed Disclosure Statement Joint Plan of Affiliated Debtors filed on 3/26/2010
Dear Honorable Judge Mary Walrath:
As a Washington Mutual shareholders I request this letter be filed in court documents (case 08-12229 MFW)
As a shareholder of Washington Mutual - I Object to the Debtors proposed Disclosure Statement Joint Plan of Affiliated Debtors
Objection to the Disclosure Statement is based in part on: a complete lack of required Financial information and Projections – Section V1 page 104
Also missing in the Disclosure Statement are assets valuation, Waterfall scenarios, Lists of unresolved claims, Gifting cash IRS refunds to adversaries to create impaired classes, no estimating measures of dropping pending litigations in the POR.
Fact - Washington Mutual was a solvent bank on the date that the FDIC illegally took control of them, and sold them for unfair valuation in collusion with JP Morgan. This must be investigated!
Many assets of the holding company Washington Mutual have not been disclosed, or have been evaluated in an unfair valuation. The Debtors plan is flawed and must be rejected by the court, and examined by USDOJ Trustee.
