La Juez no va a mirar al otro lado y preveo un importate cabreo mañana con examiner aprobado en el mes de Julio con voto de accionistas para agosto.

los retrasos son tipicos en este procedimiento - baratitas? ya han estado a 0´10 y desde marzo a cierre no pasa de 0´20 - esta jueza juega al mismo ritmo que marca rosen - algo se llevan juntos - mientras va dejando tiempo a rosen para que vaya puliendo su ds y pueda firmarlo algun dia para dar la estocada a los accionistas - si ahora que se sabe de las negativas de rosen a ser transparente con el ec no es capaz de actuar es que su prevaricacion es patente para finalmente querer cancelar las acciones comunes tal como propone wmi en su ultimo ds - tambien cancelando preferentes -

Until this production is adequately supplemented, it is not possible to make an informed assessment of the business tort claims against JPMC."

Wow! It looks as though Quinn (the law firm doing the discovery of JPMC for the Debtors) has opened their kimono and is not going to take the fall with Weil. The fact that Weil and the Debtors have strongly pushed for a settlement even though they had virtually no information on the viability of the business tort claim against JPM strongly makes the case for fraud and may well lead to the appointment of a Trustee.

According to Mary's interpretation and US Trustee's filing, it appears that Quinn Emanuel have provided some information to the effect that the Debtors never did proper (complete) discovery regarding JPM based on the work that was done by Quinn's firm. Now that the US Trustee and Susman have this information, it will bring increasing pressure to the Judge to determine what MUST BE DONE to move this case forward.

I would love to see Quinn show up in the courtroom Thursday and go up to the Judge and say that they did not get $#%^ from JPM and that Weil, Gotshal & Manges told them to stop looking. The Judge should reach down for her can of whip-a$$ and point it directly at Rosen.

al final quizas dan algo pero hasta el año que viene no veremos un euro lo atrasaran para acabar encamandose rosen y la juez,aqui nadie quiere destapar la caja de los truenos y no se haran daño.

se han realizado montones de objeciones y mociones esta jueza no atiende nada - no nombra examinador - no coloca un trustee - solo le dice a rosen que tiene que hacer - es un juego con rosen al que ya nos tiene acostumbrados - demoras y demoras y va pasando el tiempo - por parte de wmi no daran nada ya nos tiene acostumbrados - ademas cada vez que revisan el ds aun dan menos que antes - su fin es que la jueza apruebe el ds y el por por aburrimiento - rosen antes que dar nada a los accionistas se lo otorgara a los bonistas del banco - no le interesa tener a los accionistas en el consejo - rosen lo sabe - la jueza lo sabe y no hace nada - es debil y esta prevaricando -
