There is a general excitement about the possibility of WMIH reincorporating in Delaware on or before 3/19. Charlien indicated that date due to the fact that the by-laws allow WMIH's board to reincorporate on or before that date without a shareholders' vote. Further, once incorporated, under DE law there would not have to be a shareholders' meeting for one year, which would effectively give Mike Willingham and the current board power for another year. I think Charlien is correct, we'll know shortly.

Let me be clear, about one thing, however: just because MW has power for another year doesn't mean it will take that long to get WMIH capitalized and M&A activity consummated. I expect events of those kinds within weeks or a couple of months.

Respecto a la mencionada incidencia de las Wahuq Selfbank me ha respondido lo siguiente (cito textualmente)

"Estimado cliente,

Tras la consulta realizada con nuestro depositario, te informamos que efectivamente los títulos fueron deslistados y la posición dada de baja. Según nos informan, podría llegar a existir una liquidación en efectivo por la antigua posición en el valor, pero los títulos que mantenías no eran canjeables por nada que no sea efectivo.

Por el momento no ha sido recibida ninguna liquidación, si bien en caso de producirse sería abonada en tu cuenta.
Esperamos que la presente información te sirva de orientación y se ajuste a
la respuesta de tu demanda........"

En realidad esta respuesta no añade nada que no estableciese ya el Ballot de las Wahuq en su día, pero al menos reconocen estar al tanto de su obligación de pago (caso de producirse éste); al mismo tiempo siguen sin reenviar a los integrantes de las cuentas omnibus afectadas por este tema los informes trimestrales del LT

Los que tenemos WMILT cualquier dia nos daran una alegría... en cuanto a WMIH pues vamos ver que ocurre en este mes de marzo con una fecha limite 30 de Junio para que Mike Willingham nos de noticias.
