Esa informativo Sierra World Equity , es sobre rumores, chicas calientes,no es veridico,prefiero seguir en mi idea que Dell comprar WMIH o la hara entrar en fusion con alguna otra compañiA , y la mas real que es la asociacion de WMIH con GS para formar una REASEGURADORA que va a formar parte en del NUEVO SISTEMA FINANCIERO PARA LA VIVIENDA EN USA,asi volvera a estar en la liga mayor financiera de Usa,TRAS RESARCIMIENTO ECONOMICO VIENE EN LO POLITICO

Cuanto menos es increíble que se suelte una noticia así alegremente cuando hace 3 días no se ha comentado nada en el Shareholders meeting... Aquí uno no sabe ya que creer pero es mejor no alimentar falsas expectativas y que si llega sea una sorpresa al 100%

Sympson, por que no se da a conocer la valorizacion de WAMU que fue Investigada y Presentada por el ESTUDIO DE INVESTIGACION SALOMON antes de su intervencion por parte de la FIDIC. La Juez Juez Waltrat evito que ese sobre sellado se abra,PREVIA CONSULTA CON LAS PARTES INVOLUCRADAS COMO JPM Y FIDIC , de haberlo hecho se hubiera producido un escandalo tal que hasta Obama hubiera salido al igual que la juez y el presidente de justicia Horker (ahora ultimo muy cuestionado) y toda la cupula politica de Usa, Hay una corrupcion generalizada y que sabes de los juicios jpm.fidic vs WMIH-
El juicio que sigue WMIH contra GS es por fraude por uso de la informacion privilegiada y sobre esto ya hay jurisprudencia ,por que hace 3 años la Sec gano el juicio GS quien tuvo que indemnizar a la Sec por 500 mlls de dolares

Estoy contigo y además añado que las palabras de Susman tras finalizar el juicio en el que dice estar muy satisfecho por el substantial recovery para los accionistas no se podía referir a $75 millones de dólares.
Aquí hay un timeline y creo q la fecha de 2 años post BK puede ser clave.

One thing to remember, the BOD is still comprised of personnel who were placed there to protect their interests. The Chairman is our guy, the rest are from other interests. One in particular is TPS. Many on here thought and believed that TPS "left the building" but, in all actual reality, they were always behind the scenes protecting an investment that was made in "good faith" to a bank they had an interest in seeing succeed.

WMIH Pluses.

#1 Very little if no debt, except for the instrument that can be used per the BK Plan.
#2. No taxes, a large NOL that has redeeming value in an economy that looks to be moving forward.
#3 Board of Directors who have wide-ranging experience in financial matters and banking. isn't it interesting how they all seem to be qualified in the financial fields of industry and experience levels that put them on Fortune 500 Boards? HUM!
#4 Hedge funds and Investment firms that have jumped on the bandwagon in the interim, who want too "MAKE MONEY!"

WMIH is a new kid on the block with well trained and experienced parents to raise em!

I see nothing but success for the shareholders who rode this thing out. It is going to take time, most likely 2-3 years before you really see this thing move. Remember my advice, "set it and forget it!" They do not seem to be interested in acquisitions or mergers, so it is possible they are more interested in revenge through the court system. I am not sure how they can prove the "FRAUDDDD" that we all know took place, but it seems they have an interest in scraping as much DOLLARS as they can from the pockets of those who committed malfeasance and possibly criminal and we all know "CIVIL" acts against the Banks.

One thing too keep in mind and I think explains why they wanted a vote and BOD meeting. They want us all too know who is at the helm of the BOD and the committees established to finish "the unfinished" business, so we can move forward with success and excel in the industry that WMI is associated with.

Still very BULLISH on WMIH!
