CTIX, sigue hoy con el subidón del 30% del viernes....a estas horas, +13%, aunque el volumen es más moderado que el del viernes....en cartera, +35%....cuanto tiempo hacía que no veía algo en verdeeeee..confío en que siga subiendo durante el mes de abril, de cara a mayo, cuando se esperan news de Brilacidín y de Prurisol.....

En el lado contrario, SBFM ha llegado a perder hoy un 25%; y he aprovechado para pillar cuatro más...ahora ha moderado las pérdidas, y en cartera, -68%....

La idea es buscar el 1X primero de CTIX y DMPI, y luego ir a por LLBO y SBFM....
Ya voy observando alguna otra de OTC por si voy consiguiendo objetivos y vendo...

$CTIX…Trial history and why I hold long.

The first trial, Kevetrin, was just starting to recruit on 8.20.12. That’s 3 and ½ years ago. It was an oncology trial starting at very low doses with stage IV patients. Yes, it took a long time to complete, but, it finally has, and successfully.

The next trial to complete was the Brilacidin phase IIb ABSSSI trial. They did some dosage tweaking to it after the platform acquisition very successfully. And, since the trial ended they have done some drug reformulation in preparation for the phase III Brilacidin ABSSSI trial. The SPA has been submitted to the FDA. Yes, the prep to get the phase III started has taken awhile, but, in return, approval should come faster. Especially, since there is an interim look after 200 patients.

Prurisol phase I for Psoriasis was the next trial to complete successfully. This study was followed by a 505(b)(2) Phase II trial for Psoriasis.

Prurisol phase II has ended and we should see top line results in May. Possibly April, but, most likely May. This one is the wild card.

There is an ongoing Brilacidin Oral Mucositis (OM) phase II trial at multiple sites. Eight so far. Estimate for completion of this one is December 2016.

Management has been moving it forward very actively . However, the company was hit by several inaccurate hit pieces in December 2014 after they received QIDP status for Brilacidin. The stock was starting to recover when the Mako inaccurate hit piece came out mid 2015, and it was followed by a frivolous lawsuit based on that incaccurate article. All this time, the trials have been moving forward.

The only thing management hasn’t achieved was the uplisting they applied for last year. How could they know the price was going to be hit like this?

The price should continue to rise overall with successful trial completions. I still hold my shares purchased years ago. I’ve even added as trials progressed and averaged my price up. I hold since I see the science progress and even bought more this month.
