Ya que parece que sabremos la noticia dentro del horario de cotización creo que no seria mala idea. A mi lo que me da yuyu es que la noticia salga fuera de hora y abra al dia siguiente con un -20/30%

Más ARNA. Lo dejo para Jorge por si quiere traducirlo, que de opciones entiendo poco o nada, aunque intuyo que la gente se está posicionando en straddles para beneficiarse de la volatilidad futura de la acción. Es decir, esperan que o bien se dispare ARNA o bien se hunda en los abismos, al menos eso entiendo.

Options Players Wage on Arena Pharmaceuticals

NEW YORK (AVAFIN) -- Arena Pharmaceuticals options contracts experienced a new 3-month record for both call and put contracts where a total of 42,955 call and 43,642 put contracts were traded in the busy trading session. The contract spread yielded a 1.02 put/call ratio.

The ratio skew implies that investors are hedging their positions in anticipation of a stock move. Today's unusual volume activity confirms that traders are re-balancing their portfolios.

ARNA is trading above the 50 day moving average and higher than the 200 day moving average. Shares of Arena Pharmaceuticals closed at $2.72, up $0.13 (+5.02%) in the last trading session. Today's volume of 13M shares is greater than the average volume of 9M shares.
