A leer q son muchas paginas, pero la cotizacion q siempre se adelanta, lo dice todo y antes, pues yo aun no le leido completo
KV almacena, deudas y reclamaciones financieras por todas parte, pero sigo pensando tiene capacidad para pagarlas y no en vano los tiburones andas en una guerra por hacerse con ella.Faltaria la votacion en el senado q no se la fecha.

PLAN PENDIENTE DE VOTACION Y APROBACION POR EL JUEZ.

Cancellation of Existing Securities and Agreements.

Except for the purpose of evidencing a right to distribution under the Plan, and except as otherwise set forth in the Plan, on the Effective Date all agreements, instruments, and other documents evidencing any Claim or Interest, other than Intercompany Interests, and any rights of any holder in respect thereof, shall be deemed cancelled, discharged and of no force or effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each of the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and Convertible Subordinated Notes Indenture shall continue in effect solely to the extent necessary to allow the Reorganized Debtors, the Senior Secured Notes Indenture Trustee and the Convertible Subordinated Notes Indenture Trustee to make distributions pursuant to the Plan on account of the Senior Secured Notes Claims and Convertible Subordinated Notes Claims, respectively, and to effectuate any charging liens permitted under the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and Convertible Subordinated Notes Indenture, respectively. The holders of or parties to such cancelled instruments, securities and other documentation will have no rights arising from or relating to such instruments, securities and other documentation or the cancellation thereof, except the rights provided for pursuant to the Plan. Except as provided pursuant to the Plan, each of the Senior Secured Notes Indenture Trustee and the Convertible Subordinated Notes Indenture Trustee and their respective agents, successors and assigns shall be discharged of all of their obligations associated with the Senior Secured Notes and Convertible Subordinated Notes, respectively.

Cancellation of Certain Existing Security Interests.

Upon the full payment or other satisfaction of an Allowed Other Secured Claim, or promptly thereafter, the holder of such Allowed Other Secured Claim shall deliver to the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors (as applicable) any Collateral or other property of either Debtor held by such holder, and any termination statements, instruments of satisfactions, or releases of all security interests with respect to its Allowed Other Secured Claim that may be reasonably required in order to terminate any related financing statements, mortgages, mechanic’s liens, or lis pendens

Pero me sigue llamando la atencion el bajo vol de ventas a corto, cuando se supone q el valor va a seguir cayendo y los shortista ganan si el valor cae.

Badbroker, como te veo (en mi opinión) excesivamente pesimista, voy a dar mi punto de vista, ya que llevo muchos meses siguiendo diariamente el valor y estoy dentro con un promedio de 0,08 $ y por tanto no me considero "pillado" ni mucho menos,por lo que puedo reflexionar con cierta serenidad.
Lo primero que hay que tener en cuenta, como ya he comentado otras veces, es que KV Pharmaceutical tiene un producto, Makena, que NO tiene competencia en el mercado, ni la va a tener en unos cuantos años. Además, no se ha cumplido la ley cuando se ha permitido la venta de productos análogos de forma "pirata", una de las causas, por cierto, de la caída de ventas de Makena y consiguiente bancarrota. Los graves problemas que han causado dichos productos, ya es una batalla ganada para KV, que disparará y está disparando las ventas de Makena. Esto el juez lo ha de tener en cuenta.
Por otra parte, hay grandes monstruos interesados en financiar y sacar tajada de esta empresa y concretamente de Makena, para que salga adelante. Dudo mucho que se metan en esto si no tienen cierta seguridad de que KV es viable.
Por último, cuando dices "a el los accionistas no le importan, somos personas que hemos invertido libremente con el objetivo de hacer dinero, si nos ha salido mal, no haber invertido". Yo no estoy de acuerdo, pues un juez sabe que los accionistas SOMOS PROPIETARIOS de una parte de la empresa, y por tanto justificar jurídicamente quedarnos sin nada, a no ser que la empresa quiebre, lo veo muy complicado.
Esta semana estaré muy atento, porque si baja de niveles de 0,14 - 0,13 valoraré aumentar mi posición de nuevo.
P.D.: soy perfectamente consciente del riesgo que supone la inversión en OTC markets.
