The minutes (http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229121114000000000002.pdf):
Proceedings:
Agenda Matters:
Items 1 through 24 - Continued or Resolved
Item 25 - Order entered
Item 26 - Settled, Stip due under Certification of Counsel
Item 27 - Order due under Certification of Counsel
Well, we got to hear the arguments and ruling for Item 27, so we don't need to see the order for that one. That will come later and the motion was denied. The judge ruled against Mr. Struck's motion to reinstate the employee claim. There were others that filed motions to have their claims reinstated, the argument being that for whatever reason or excuse, they did not file a response before. Filing a response would have kept their claims open and not get disallowed, for now at least.
As for Item 25, that was for the European holder of Trust Preferred Securities that submitted a release, but there were some problems and she did not end up with any WMIH shares.
An order did show up on KCCLC (http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0812229/0812229121114000000000003.pdf) and the claim was disallowed, but we don't know under what circumstances.
Item 26, this was also an employee asking for the claim to be reinstated. The minutes says it was settled, but can't be sure what that means exactly. I wonder if they just agreed to allow the claim back or if they agreed on something else. Actually, I looked at the claim in the Omnibus and the LT was not objecting to a portion of her claim for about $60k. There will be a stipulation filed later so we'll see the details.
