sobre el gas, parece que en UK están a punto de regalarlo, más barato que en EE.UU, no tienen donde almacenarlo...
Gas prices in Britain fell to their lowest level in more than two decades as low demand caused a glut in supplies (Emily Gosden writes).
Gas traded at less than 10p per therm yesterday, the lowest since November 1999 and cheaper even than gas prices in the United States, according to ICIS, a price reporting agency.
Thomas Rodgers, an analyst at ICIS, said the price was about two thirds down on this time a year ago.
Prices had already fallen from almost double that level in 2018, as new liquefied natural gas from the US led to plentiful supplies.
The coronavirus crisis has further eaten into demand, with industry closing down and gas-fired power plants running less. “The demand destruction caused by coronavirus has just thrown another log on the bearish fire, and intensified the drop in prices in the past couple of months,” Mr Rodgers said.
Analysts at Wood Mackenzie, the consultancy, said that resilient UK North Sea production, imports from Norway and liquefied natural gas imports were “overwhelming the market with supply” and as Britain had limited storage capacity, “put simply, the UK market is running out of space”.
