patience es el segundo de bobfan se dedican a la difusion de noticias para mantener en lo posible el nivel de precios de las acciones o que suban y vender. vaya panda de sinverguenzas, cuando suspendan todas las acciones desapareceran con su dinero y los accionistas se quedaran sin el de esta forma funciona la especulacion en los foros la masa se da cuenta cuando pierde su dinero no una sino 2 o 3 veces entonces dejan de jugar a regalarlo a todos los buscavidas que viven del cuento de la especulacion

El informe es una farsa eso lo sabemos todos, pero volvemos a lo de siempre, si la juez es corrupta lo tratará de salvar por todos los medios legales, la actitud de un juez respecto a un caso flagrante como este se ve en detalles, y todos han sido siempre malos para la equidad y los hechos también. Todavía recuerdo la mueca que le hizo el juez de DC el tal Collinger (o como se escriba no me acuerdo) cuando empezo el hearing diciedo que si había un error tipográfico en la venta de la fdic a jpm por 1,8mill cuando wachovia un banco mucho más pequeño y peor fue vendido por muchos más millones de dolares, eso ya te lo dice todo. Pero esta juez es una remolona corrupta de mucho cuidado.

Respecto a la actitud de los foros usa con Solomon, las mociones etc, es igual que la que ocurrio en los foros con Mirant, la historia es muy parecida, sólo que encima en mirant tenían precios de cotización bastante superiores a los nuestros, por loque si ellos al final les empapelaron, imaginete las presepctivas que nos da el mercado a nosotros.

Esperemos a ver el comportamiento de la Juez ante la cantidad de pruebas aportadas. Pase lo que pase (si es negativo) estoy seguro que se va a apelar y el grupo de accionistas que apoya las cartas de Hoffman también tiene algo que decir aun.

November 29, 2010: The Hoffman team (Ad Hoc Committee of shareholders) believes that it now has enough donations to pay their retained counsel to pursue the legal issues raised by the Hoffman letters (see November 14 and November 15, below, and announcement above) and is therefore not currently pushing for additional donations; it is possible that additional donations could be requested in the future, depending on how things progress in court (for example, if appeals are involved). We are expecting to see more filing activity in the near future, but do not know exactly when this might occur.

The confirmation hearing for WMI's Plan of Reorganization is now scheduled to begin this coming Wednesday, December 2; it will be proceeded on December 1 by a hearing on the Trust Preferred Securities (TPS or "REIT Series") lawsuit, the outcome of which could have an impact on the viability of the Plan.

A number of strong objections have been filed to WMI's Plan of Reorganization. Most objecting parties have raised the issue of the broad releases contained in the Plan and its Global Settlement Agreement as being given for no compensation from the parties being released; this looks to be a significant issue for Plan confirmation. The treatment of tax losses in the Plan is being attacked by several parties as WMI appears to have structured the Plan in such a way that billions of dollars in "net operating losses" will go unused by the reorganized WMI (in effect, gifting them to the federal government by failing to incorporate them into the WMI estate and use them to the estate's benefit). A number of shareholders also have filed objections to the Plan, and two of these are very well written and are worth reading (PDF files): Mason objection and McCurry objection.
