Hoy salen varios fillings también de cobros de stock options de los insiders. Básicamente son compras y ventas de la misma cantidad, claro que compradas a 4,xx y vendidas a 50 $. Un par de ellos son solo de recibo de stock options a 0$.

No es casualidad que cobren hoy. La semana que viene, cuando se complete el acuerdo aparecerá en él un periodo de bloqueo (lock-up period) durante el cual la empresa no podrá sacar news ni los insiders vender. Al tiempo... (Patrón AERI.)

Es entrada a largo ahora, preferente sobre los 59,50 por si quiere testear los mínimos del pre.

Yo tengo toda la tarde ocupada en un curso. Igual entro ahora y le meto un stop en los 59,30 y a correr.

El gráfico de AERI del día de la oferta de la semana pasada solo tocó el precio de la oferta en pre. A partir de ahí, toda la semana subiendo como una loca.
