The context as I took it, was that this was TPS whining they weren't part of the negotiations.

The "very different" part was in reference to PORv6 that they have seen, and were planning on fighting, vs. PORv7 which they haven't seen (nor the term sheets) and are in the dark on what they might say on it.

Viendo las distintas posibilidades derivadas de un buen acuerdo esta podria estar muy bien para los intereses de preferentes y comunes. (sin entrar en las cantidades que se barajaron en el pasado)

1. TPS pagado por JPM
2. Devolución de los dineros que ha cogido JPM/FDIC

6.4 BLN Capital contribution
3.5 BLN refunds
5 BLN BOLI/COLI
= 14.9 BLN $

Con 3.5 Billones preferentes, y 8.5 Billones para comunes (unos $5 por acción). Quedarian 17 Billones en NOL´s y 30 Billones Cap.losses en WMB

Con eso se podria salir de BK y maximizar el valor en los siguientes 6-12 meses sin contar si quedaría alguna parte sin estar "released" con las consecuencias oportunas.
