Respecto a CIM, pues si, yo tampoco me quejo, pongo cara de despistado, pongo el cazo una vez por trimestre y vuelvo al reparto 3 meses despúes, la verdad es que, si lo pensamos un poco, es increible que una acción que cotiza a 4 dólares te reparta 17 centimos o 18 cada 3 meses. Dan ganas de hipotecar la casa y meterno en esto....,

En fin..., esperemos que no tengamos un descalabro!. Estaremos pendientes. Salu2.

En la casilla Yield, aparece otro enlace, que dice:

Al parecer estos 7 reits tienen DRIPs (Dividend Reinvestment Plans), reinversión de dividendos, ahora solo falta saber como.

Segun he leido lo tenemos jodido, porque esta reinversión las administra un banco de alli,
"Shareholders can automatically reinvest all or a portion of their dividends in Chimera Common Stock. The Plan is administered by The Bank of New York Mellon."

Si, algo he visto algunas veces de que, la propia empresa si te pones en contacto con su gestor (o algo así) tienen programas de reinversión del dividendo...y cosas parecidas. Estos lo tienen todo inventado. Pero para lograr eso desde aquí, tienes que ser primo hermano de Dios, por lo menos.

Si, es demasiado complicado y arriesgado, yo ya tengo bastante con invertir en REITS, ;)

muy buena información, resulta que hasta lo tienen ya todo montado... para los inversores de fuera nos podría interesar mucho estos planes de reinversión, +15%+19%, en vez de -15%-19%... je!

Bueno, voy a ver si habro cuenta en un broker con cara y ojos (banca física) en el que realmente tenga un gestor que se le puedan preguntar este tipo de cosas.

Por cierto, tú que parece que tengas más conocimientos, ¿qué me dices de mi última pregunta del post número 602?
