Re: Seguimiento acciones empresas alto crecimiento: NAGARRO SE (NA9)
Esta fue la respuesta, no se por que colocan ahí esa linea:
Liabilities from contracts with customers - this item refers to the revenues we have already received for the subscriptions regarding future periods. An example is a customer who paid 12 thousand USD in July for the LiveChat annual subscription. We would have recognized six months of their payment as revenue (for July-December) already, and the remaining six months (6 thousand USD) would be booked under liabilities from contracts with the customers. Under this item, we book the revenues for all the products provided that the subscription duration exceeds the reported period. Most of these contracts are annual subscriptions, but we also have two- to three-year contracts signed by the sales team, which will be listed here as well. There is no risk associated with these contracts as we have already received the payments, and the clients received access to the products.
Regarding the product pipeline, our newest addition was Insights, an add-on to LiveChat. We consequently improve our current products. The most crucial change was for ChatBot, where we rolled out a new version of ChatBot based on a stand-alone AI model in December. We focus very much on the suit product and actively look at possible monetization of API.
We have not made the acquisitions in the past and are not currently planning to make one either. We have a strong belief in developing organically. However, we do not exclude such a possibility if something extraordinary is on the radar.
Regarding dividends, our dividend policy is to pay out the highest possible part of the net profit as a dividend. We have a years-long track of dividend payments. https://investor.text.com/uploads/text-dividend-payment-history.xlsx
